VISUAL REVIEW #8

A very random title sequence that I have always loved is Modern Family's. I'm not sure why it was always so cute and funny to me, but I have always referenced it as a title sequence I remember very distinctly. The show is a feels and tears type of show. Its absolutely hilarious but that warm family feeling is also there. To me, the title sequence really embodies what the show stands for and what its all about. The sequence always begins after a one to two minute scene at the begging of the episode. To me, this makes for a great transition and segway in to the episode. The title sequence also breaks down the families involved in the most comical and cute way. Each time a photo is taken and the frame flips, a new family is standing there. I also loved how they positioned them outside of their respective houses. To me, the positioning, filming/transitioning, wardrobe, etc. prefaces and embodies the show as a whole.
